Welcome to Synergy, where our mission is to be the network
of choice ensuring the provision of comprehensive, accessible behavioral health
care services. Synergy Partners, LLC is a managed
behavioral health care plan with a wide-ranging network of providers serving the
needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness and
substance use disorders and their families. We have a MCPN (Manager of a
Comprehensive Provider Network) contract with the Detroit Wayne County Community
Mental Health Agency and operate a seamless provider network to serve the
community’s behavioral health needs.
Synergy believes that well-informed consumers are in the best position to
self-direct their services and supports. Therefore, Synergy works
diligently with consumers and families to ensure that the person-centered
planning process is effective and renders meaningful results. We assist
consumers and their families to develop and implement person-centered plans that
support each individual’s right to effective and efficient supports, services
and treatment.
